DataStreak ("we," "us," or "the Service") is a sports analytics and research platform operated by Dantes Sports Data. We provide data-driven tools, statistical models, and informational content designed to help users research sports betting markets.
We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, or process bets of any kind. We do not handle wagering funds. DataStreak is an informational and entertainment product only.
2. Eligibility & Age
You must be of legal age to view sports wagering content in your jurisdiction to use DataStreak. In most U.S. states, this means you must be 21 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing sports analytics content is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. User Obligations
By using DataStreak, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating your account.
- Not share, resell, or redistribute DataStreak content, data, or tools.
- Not scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service without written permission.
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Not interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
DataStreak offers paid subscription plans billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual cycles). When you subscribe:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
- New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details.

5. Limitation of Liability
DataStreak provides tools and data for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding:
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis.
- The outcome of any sporting event or wager.
- Profits, returns, or financial results of any kind.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. You assume all risk associated with any decisions you make based on information from our Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dantes Sports Data shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, designs, and branding on DataStreak are the property of Dantes Sports Data. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
