1. Who This Applies To
The 30-day guarantee applies to all paid DataStreak subscriptions — monthly and annual plans. It covers your initial purchase only.
2. Time Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of your first charge (after your free trial ends) to request a full refund. Requests made after 30 days are not eligible.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@thedatastreak.com from the email address on your account.
- Include your username and the reason you'd like a refund (optional but helpful).
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method.
4. Free Trial
All new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged — no refund needed.
5. After 30 Days
After the 30-day guarantee window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your paid period.
6. Annual Plan Refunds
Annual plans are eligible for the same 30-day guarantee on the initial purchase. After 30 days, if you cancel mid-year, your access continues through the remainder of your annual term — but no partial refund is issued.
